There is also a great website. Consumer Lab.com that grades and ranks supplements.

Thanks for the heads up! I downloaded - what a great app to have today, when there is so much noise out there about what to take and what not to take. It’s helpful to see how my supplements align with my goals. I think it’s important to listen to our bodies - how something makes us feel and perform - but it’s also nice to have real data/info to compare. Good stuff 💯

Downloading this now, sounds super promising. I just got my first CGM this week so I've been trying to track and decode the answers that it's giving me. Some of the things are expected but others have been surprises. For some reason I seem to be going hypoglycemic while I sleep, which is kind of alarming and also might be a clue to all my damn sleep issues...

Nice! I think you'll find it useful. I haven't used a CGM yet, but I want to try one because I've heard a lot of people say you gain some unique insights from it that aren't always intuitive.

It's certainly interesting so far. I got mine through Lingo, which is a lot cheaper than Levels or some of the other alternatives I've seen. I think maybe the app/experience isn't as robust (they're pretty new as far as I can tell) but I'm hoping I can glean the insights and figure it out on my own.

Awesome. Seems to be getting more and more accessible. I think some of the precision medicine clinics like Bionic Health are also starting to include CGM in their service.
