A few notes and disclosures before we dive in:
1. I am not a doctor and none of this is medical advice
I've tested hundreds of health products over the years and these are the ones that have stood the test of time.
Every product on this list is one that I use, myself (often daily). I feel comfortable recommending them because I continue to see positive results and everything here is available without a prescription.
That said, if you have any concerns or questions specific to your situation about any of these, please consult a doctor or healthcare professional.
2. Affiliate links are disclosed with a “*”
I have registered with some companies listed below to be an affiliate.
When someone buys a product through one of my affiliate links, I may be compensated by these companies with money or product discounts.
Should you choose to use these links to purchase, there is no additional charge to you. In fact, in some cases where noted, you will even receive an exclusive discount.
If you found value in one or more of my recommendations, using my affiliate links is a great way to support me as a creator. Win-win for both of us.
3. This is a living, breathing document
As an obsessed health nerd, I will continue to self-experiment and test new products over time.
As I do this and as my understanding of the health product landscape evolves, I'll be sure to keep this guide updated.
If you have unlocked this post or if you are a paid subscriber, you'll always have access to the latest version.
4. Purpose of this guide
Finally, this is not meant to be a lengthy health textbook as evidenced by the bulleted list format.
Its purpose is to give you some quick and actionable wins that may help you in a specific area where you're struggling or seeking solid recommendations.
I am planning to create a more detailed and comprehensive expanded edition that includes context on why I chose these particular items as well as accompanying health habits, routines, and principles that are equally, if not more important than the products themselves.
5. What's next for you
I suggest skimming the entire list and then clicking through the links to the items that spark your interest and taking more time to learn about them on their individual product pages.
Not everything on this list will be a good fit for you, but I’d be shocked if you didn’t find at least a few things in here that you’re excited to try and implement into your life.
If you ever have any questions about products, tools, or anything else health-related, please don't hesitate to reach out by replying to any of my newsletter emails or messaging me.
With that, let's get to the goods.

Some frozen mixed berries
